A diverse group of people representing the Penguin community, business sector and different industries will be brought together to consider the relevant research, community contributions, and then working with the design team create a range of concept options for the Penguin Recreation Ground.
Feedback from the community on these early concepts will then be further developed to help inform the draft Master Plan.
