The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person as its Work Health & Safety Officer.
The Work Health & Safety Officer is responsible for coordinating the Work Health & Safety (WHS) function within the Council including the development and implementation of WHS management systems, and promoting an organisational culture and practices which create a work environment that provides for the health and safety of all workers.
Essential: Qualification in WHS and/or experience in a similar role and demonstrated ability to provide high level WHS advice across all levels within the organisation.
Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Professional Officer Level 2 ($79,811 – $87,936), depending on qualifications and experience.
