The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Manager Asset Services in the Infrastructure Services area.

This position is responsible for the successful management of the Council’s Asset Services Team functions including Asset Management, Building & Facilities Maintenance, Geographic Information Systems, Active Recreation, Parks & Recreation, Natural Resource Management (NRM), Fleet Management and Waste Management.

Essential:  Graduate Diploma or Degree level qualifications in asset management and sound working knowledge of asset management, building and facilities, NRM/parks, waste management, fleet management principles and practices.

Salary and conditions:  Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Executive Officer Level 3, $103,677 – $113,969 depending on qualifications and experience.
