The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Development Officer within its Infrastructure Services Department. The Development Officer is primarily responsible for assessment of building and development applications on behalf of the road and drainage authority for the Council.

Essential: Formal relevant tertiary engineering qualifications in Civil Engineering (Advanced Diploma or Degree) and a minimum five years experience in development assessment and engineering approval roles.

Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Technical/Inspectorial Level 4-5, depending on qualifications and experience.
