Instructions

Please complete this form to apply to light up the Leven River Bridge – Ulverstone in recognition of an eligible cause or event.

Applications must be submitted at least 20 business days before your requested start date and can be made up to six months in advance. Lighting may be approved for a maximum period of one week. Council will generally not accept more than one application per calendar year for the same event or cause.

Please note: Council reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel any lighting booking at its discretion. Only solid colours listed in this form are eligible.
