Committees & Working Groups

We have set our strategic direction through Our Place – Our Future: first steps (Term Plan), which sets out our activities until 2026. With over 60 focus areas under five (5) core pillars of the Term Plan, along with projects and activities as yet unknown, much is to be done in a relatively short period of time. We have established various advisory working groups and committees to address strategic priorities and operational challenges. These groups play a vital role in providing informed recommendations and insights to guide decision-making processes. Join us in shaping the future of our community by participating in these collaborative initiatives.
