Coaching
The Business Coach can help unlock the latent potential in you and your team, through a free coaching program. Traditionally the domain of big business, coaching helps people set and achieve goals by increasing their awareness and accountability. Typical outcomes include the achievement of specific goals, as well as increased understanding, confidence and problem solving ability. Switch typically work with coaches across five one-hour coaching conversations over a three to six month period.
Who is Switch Tasmania?
Switch Tasmania (formerly Cradle Coast Innovation) is a community based not for profit organisation that was established to switch on innovation and enterprise in our area. It was formed when a group of local business and community leaders committed to doing something about ensuring that our area remains one of the best places in the world to live, work and invest.
How is the team ‘Switching it on’?
As well as providing free business assistance, Switch support and facilitate the following kinds of activities:
- Referrals to specialist providers
- Hosting workshops and other events
- Collaboration within and across organisations and sectors
- Identifying and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs
