The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person as its Facilities Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic asset management planning of the facilities maintenance service of Council assets.

Essential: Demonstrated experience in facility and building maintenance.

Salary and conditions: Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Technical/Inspectorial Officer Level 4 ($68,998 – $74,012), depending on qualifications and experience.
