Tyre Amnesty – North West Tasmania
Got some old tyres lying around the garage? The Cradle Coast Waste Management Group is rolling out its second Car Tyre Amnesty — and you’re invited to help us give those tyres the boot (responsibly, of course).
This event aims to remove this hazardous and problematic waste stream from the community and ensure it is disposed of safely and sustainably.
An $8.00 (inc GST) holding fee will be charged at the time of booking to secure your spot and will be refunded in full within 7 days of the event, provided that the registered tyres are dropped at the collection site. No shows will not receive a refund.
The event will be held at the Devonport Waste Transfer Station and is open to all residents of Northwest Tasmania. Pre-registration is essential and places are limited.
