The Night Time Economy – Forum

The Central Coast Council invites community members, local business owners, and investors to an engaging evening exploring the potential for a thriving night-time economy in Ulverstone. This interactive forum will spark conversation about how we can make our town more exciting after sunset — attracting younger residents, supporting local businesses, and energising our community spaces.

The evening will feature guest speakers Katy Cooper from DISCO Consulting and Sally Bursell, Manager of Tourism and Events at Kiama Municipal Council. Together, they’ll share insights and real-world examples of how other regions are exploring ways to activate their night-time economies.

Following presentations, attendees will take part in a collaborative workshop led by Katy Cooper to explore local ideas, opportunities, and challenges — helping shape the future of Central Coast’s after-dark offering.

A light supper will be provided, and registration is essential.

This is a free community event open to all who are passionate about seeing Central Coast flourish as a lively, welcoming place to live, work, and play.
