Collaboration – How Working Together Can Benefit Businesses
Central Coast Council is inviting local businesses, contractors, industry representatives and entrepreneurs to a free Business and Industry Forum exploring how collaboration can help businesses grow, build capacity and unlock new opportunities.
Facilitated by business adviser Warren Moore, the forum will feature presentations and panel discussions with representatives from Hazell Bros, Fairbrother and the UTAS Tasmanian Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub.
Topics will include partnership opportunities, subcontracting, collaboration structures, risk management and building trust between businesses.
The event will also include networking over supper and an interactive workshop to help businesses identify practical collaboration opportunities.
