Australia Day 2025 – Brunch by the Beach

Celebrate the spirit of Australia Day by the beach! 

This Australia Day, we’re coming together to celebrate the people, places, and opportunities that make our region a vibrant place to live, work and play.

We invite you to join us at Ulverstone Soundshell on Sunday 26 January 2025 for a shared brunch, followed by a celebration of new citizens and this year’s Australia Day award recipients. 

Guest Speaker

Joining us this year is special guest speaker Jane Haley OAM, an acclaimed arts leader and advocate. With a career dedicated to arts governance, education, and creating opportunities in the sector, Ms. Haley brings a wealth of inspiring experience. Her contributions, including her work with Ten Days on the Island and as CEO of Design Tasmania, highlight her remarkable impact on the arts both locally and beyond. Don’t miss the chance to hear her compelling story.

Celebrations kick off at the Ulverstone Soundshell at 9:45am for brunch, followed by our official ceremony at 10:30am.
