In alignment with the Public Health Act 1997, Central Coast Council ensures stringent measures to prevent the risk of cross-contamination in premises conducting skin penetration practices such as ear/body piercing and tattoos. Licensing and registration are mandatory for such activities, with annual inspections to uphold compliance with guidelines.
