Ordinary Council meetings – 2026
Notice is given of ordinary meetings of the Council which will be held in the Council Chamber at the Administration Centre, 19 King Edward Street, Ulverstone, with the exception of the 16 March 2026 Council meeting, held in the Dial Park Function Centre, 11 Sports Complex Avenue, Penguin.
Council Meetings commence at 6pm.

The community is invited to attend the start of each Council meeting and contribute to Public Question Time. To find out more about the process for Public Question Time, click here.
If you are unable to attend a particular Council meeting and would still like to tune in, we live stream each Council meeting via our YouTube channel.
Planning Sub-Committee
The Planning Sub-Committee (PSC) was formed to provide support for the Council’s planning responsibilities. Meetings of the PSC enable land use planning and development determinations to be made in a timely and responsive manner, outside of regular monthly Council meetings.
PSC meetings do not include a public question time component.
These meetings are scheduled as required and are held in the Council Chamber at our Administration Centre at 19 King Edward Street, Ulverstone.
