Brand Tasmania is inviting people to take part in a short survey about their experiences living in Tasmania.
People are at the heart of our communities and our economies. The more we understand about why people live in Tasmania, why they choose it, stay or leave, the more we can improve wellbeing for current and future generations.
The survey asks what is easy or hard about living in Tasmania, how connected you feel to your community, and the things that may influence you to leave or stay in your local area and in Tasmania.
The survey takes around seven minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. It is open to anyone aged 18 or older who is either currently living in Tasmania, or has lived here sometime in the past five years.

The study has been commissioned by Brand Tasmania in partnership with Building Tasmania and is being led by Dr Lisa Denny, independent demographer, and the Tasmanian Policy Exchange at the University of Tasmania.
The study has been approved by the University of Tasmania Human Research Ethics Committee (H40733).
