What to expect when Tones and I comes to Ulverstone

Tones and I is coming to Ulverstone for a one-night performance at the Ulverstone Sound Shell on Saturday 2 May 2026. Whether you’re heading to the show, visiting the area or live nearby, plan ahead and allow extra time, as traffic, parking and access will be busier than usual.

Road closures

A temporary road closure will be in place on Saturday 2 May 2026:

Victoria Street, from south of the Bicentennial Park car park to Beach Road, east of the Ulverstone Waterslide, will be closed from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

No vehicles may remain parked in the closed area during this time.

Shared Coastal Pathway closure

Part of the Ulverstone Shared Coastal Pathway, from the Sound Shell to Victoria Street, will be closed from Tuesday 28 April to Monday 4 May 2026.

Pedestrians and cyclists should use Dial Street as an alternative route.

Pick up & drop off

A designated pick up and drop off zone will be available at Bicentennial Park car park (near Beach Hut cafe) on Victoria Street under the direction of traffic officers.

Parking

Parking will be very limited, so please plan ahead and consider walking, carpooling or using alternative travel where possible.

Disabled parking spaces will be available at Bicentennial Park on Victoria Street.
