Central Coast property owners will soon receive updated property valuation notices from the Office of the Valuer-General.
Fresh Valuation notices for Central Coast are due to be issued between 17 and 24 June 2026, with the new valuations taking effect from 1 July 2026.
The valuation process is managed by the Office of the Valuer-General. Property valuations are one of the factors councils use when calculating rates, along with the cost of delivering services and the revenue needed to provide those services to the community.
If you believe the valuation details for your property are incorrect, you have 60 days from the date of issue to lodge a statutory objection with the Office of the Valuer-General.
Council cannot change property valuations.
Property owners who have not received their Valuation Notice by the end of June 2026 should contact the Office of the Valuer-General directly.
