Central Coast Council is calling for nominations for the 2026 Australia Day Awards, recognising outstanding contribution, leadership, community impact, and service across our region.
Outstanding contribution and community service includes areas such as education, health, fundraising, charitable and voluntary services, business, sport, arts, the environment, or any other area that makes a real and positive difference in the Central Coast community and helps to inspire others.
2026 Award Categories:
- Citizen of the Year
- Young Citizen of the Year
- Champion of Sport/s Award
- Community Event or Group of the Year
Nominations close 4:00pm, Wednesday 10 December 2025.
Nomination forms are available online or at Council’s Administration Centre and Visitor Information Centres.
