ULVERSTONE HISTORY MUSEUM

The new Ulverstone Cultural Centre, incorporating the History Museum with its research library, Visitor Information Centre, new Science Centre and planetarium, is due to be opened in 2021.

While the new Cultural Precinct is being built, some of the collection will be kept in controlled conditions to maintain their sensitive condition.

If you have any queries about the collection or the research library, please contact us on 03 6429 8900 or Ulverstone Visitor Information Centre 03 6425 2839.

Our Museum was established to reflect on and display the history of the Central Coast region with emphasis on the Ulverstone Township. Our research room has a vast array of local records and photographic collections.

We hold many local records relating to Births Deaths and Marriages, Burials, Property Valuations, Assessment Rolls, Post Office Directories and Military Records.
