TOWN PLANNER

The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Town Planner to its Land Use Planning Group, within the Community Services Department.

The Town Planner is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Land Use Planning & Approvals Act, and will be required to provide quality advice on a variety of land use matters, particularly development applications.

Essential:  Qualifications and experience deemed appropriate and relevant to the practice of Tasmania’s land use planning system.

Salary and conditions:  Full time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Professional Officer Level, depending on qualifications and experience.
