The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated leader as its Director Corporate Services.

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Corporate Services Department, including administration, information services, corporate finances, public and environmental health, building and plumbing services and compliance.

In this role you will be required to have proven ability and achievement in leadership and strategic thinking, have substantial relevant experience and demonstrated ability in the management, development and delivery of a complex range of services and have the ability to inform, gain co-operation from and motivate others to achieve short and long-term objectives.

Essential:  Proven ability and achievement in leadership and strategic thinking in a changing and dynamic organisational environment and an appropriate Degree, with post-graduate qualifications in management or relevant specialisation.

Salary and conditions:  Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Manager Level 4 ($160,000 – $165,000), depending on experience.
